A young girl, ten, and big for her age,
Is beyond the path, and being saved
She is walking away from the world that she knew
Her sanity weak, batteries dying, and food few
She sees that which should not be seen by man
That which as existed since the beginning of time and sand
As she sleeps eats and breathes less,
Her mind dreams and flesh infests
With the bugs of the forests own life
Eating at her mind, body, and strife
Her mind races as she runs, and screams
Tears coming down her face in many streams
She escapes into her mind, with her favorite idol
While she runs from all the demons, homicidal
They are the ones who leave her without a prayer
Filling her life with thoughts of despair
